Hibiscus & Mint Iced Tea:
8 tbsp of Hibiscus Petals
In a large saucepan, combine hibiscus petals,
mint and boiling water and steep for 10 minutes. Strain Hibiscus and
mint and add in apple juice and cold water. Stir and pour into pitcher.
Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint
sprigs. Serves 8
